Barklie Estes
Barklie handles company processes, trying to make sure project bidding, design, installation, and customer service are as easy and efficient as possible. He also handles other tasks such as procurement, filings, and accounting. When not obsessing over minor Nova Solar details, he enjoys volleyball, snowboarding, and home carpentry projects.
Trip Estes
Trip is our designated do-it-all tradesman. A lifetime of working with his hands and his gregarious personality provide the ideal skill sets for approaching unique technical challenges and teaching our crews indispensable craftsmanship and customer service skills. He loves travelling, concerts, and outdoor adventure sports.
Jake Kramer
Jake is an exceptional member of the Nova Solar team. His outstanding qualities are evident in his reliability, versatility, and dedication to delivering superior service to clients. Roberto Chavez
Roberto hails from Guatemala where he was an electrician by trade. He immigrated to the US 11 years ago and brought with him a wide array of skills and knowledge. He has experience in plumbing, electrical, carpentry, roofing, to name a few, and he can figure anything else out. He is always thinking five steps ahead and demonstrating innate leadership skills. Best of all, he never stops laughing and keeps the mood light-hearted everyday.
Jairo Padilla
Jairo immigrated from Guatemala 10 years ago. He is a model of diligence and focus. There is no task he will shy away from. He is tireless and unflappably positive. Although the oldest member of the Nova Solar family, you would never find him sitting down first or finishing last in any situation. Jairo makes custom, wooden keychains in his spare time and is very involved in his church community.
